In 2022, Dr. Chris Hammons, Director of the Morris Family Center for Law & Liberty at Houston Baptist University (Now Houston Christian University), wrote to let me know they had a brand new Paccard bell on order. Housed within the new law center, itself a faithful replica of Philadelphia’s Independence Hall, the shiny new Liberty bell replica is rung by students at the end of their senior year to, “as a pledge in their respective vocations to uphold our nation’s founding principles”. according to HCU’s website.

Fellow bell hunter, Bruce visited in 2025 and shared these photos.

Can I ring it? Looks ringable, but you should probably ask first.
